Return, Refund, and/or Cancellation Policy
General Admissions:
Online general admission purchases are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please speak to one of our Visitor Services staff members the same day of the visit.
Group Admissions:
Online group admission purchases including deposits are non-refundable. Please call our Group Booking line, (480) 644-3553 or email azmnhgroups@mesaaz.gov for rescheduling options available for a later date, subject to availability.
Memberships or Dino Passes:
Online Memberships or Dino Passes purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have not yet visited the Arizona Museum of Natural History, we encourage you to pay general admission on your first visit and upgrade to a Membership before leaving the museum.
Online Membership gift certificate purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Activities/Programs:
With exception of an Activity/Program cancellation by the Arizona Museum of Natural History, online activity/program registrations including any deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable. Please call our Group Booking line, (480) 644-3553 or email azmnhgroups@mesaaz.gov for rescheduling options available for a later date.
With advance notice, Birthday Party deposits may be used for a future date, however, must be within one year of the original booking date.
If an Activity/Program cancellation occurs by the Arizona Museum of Natural History, refunds will be provided to all registrants in the same way they were purchased.
